Question Laptop is turning off and then on

Last when laptop was working well I shutdown it . After a couple hours and I wanted to turn it on but it did turn off and on itself with completely black screen .

I tried to remove the battery and press&hold the power button for 30 sec and then for 60 sec but it didnt work for me.

What model, and how old is it?

On the video in your link, it seems dark - don't you have AC power supply ?

I do have a power supply and its 2 years old and its Lenovo ideapad y700-15ISK

I did a quick google search for that problem, and from what I can see you've just got yourself a laptop that is very prone to this problem.

But - looking at this youtube video - it seems to be a solution:

Something is not completing POST. You can try removing the storge drive(s) and reseat or replace the memory. If still the same behavior, probably a problem at the motherboard...
