[SOLVED] Laptop Keyboard Typing Random Keys/Symbols

I have a Lenovo laptop and recently the keyboard has been typing incorrect things. For example if I click a it types, a dsfjkl;\ .
If I type q it types wruiop. The z key and the escape key are doing this as well. They also spam random keys such as scroll lock and enter. An external keyboard works, and I have tried reinstalling drivers, the keyboard troubleshooter, but nothing seems to work. Not sure what is wrong, any ideas?

Do you have a touch screen? If so try disabling it in Human interface devices.

Run a virus scan with windows defender or anti virus if you have it. (AVG can be downloaded and run for free.)

Another fix could be to blow your keyboard with compressed air to make sure there is no debris or dirt trapped underneath.

Make sure the Num lock key is off and that the correct keyboard language is selected.

Number 5 on this list sounds most likely the cause for your issue.
