Question Laptop lid is bent on one side, is this a hinges issue?

Hello all, my laptop lid is slightly bent on one side. It won't close 100% all the way to the left however the other side is 100% fine. Could this cause issues in the future? Pictures are in the link since it won't let me post it.

Rotate the laptop where we can see the hinge of the laptops with the lid in the closed position. If they are not sitting flush, then the hinge is at fault. Then again, to me it looks like the laptop was dropped and the lid's metal part was dinged/bent to cause that lift and not sitting flush.

Hello! I am sorry I am replying so late as I have forgotten I made this post. It did suffer a small drop however it still closes and opens fine, is it a cause for concern?
