Laptop logo keeps showing then restarting not booting into windows.

Hi so I sold my laptop and decided to reset it with getting rid of all files didn’t know how long it would take thought it would take 2 hours max so I let it do it’s thing and come back it’s at 34% before I had a chance to plug in the charger it shut down due to the battery dying now whenever I start the laptop it shows the Msi logo then waits a couple seconds and then restarts it dosent show the windows logo or even boot it into it i tried various things and now I’m at the win 10 boot manager (with error code 0cx0000255) saying that I need insert a cd installation disk but my laptop doesn’t have a reader. What do I do now. Thanks for any advice given

Can you please try the suggestions given here?

Also, you can try Running the SFC /SCANNOW Command from the External Command Prompt while using the /OFFBOOTDIR=D:\ /OFFWINDIR=D:\WINDOWS parameters.

If that doesn't help, you can try Resetting Windows to Factory Defaults (without erasing your personal files).
