If the motherboard has the needed m.2 slot, sure.
Don't expect to boot from whatever OS might be on that drive, though.

What mobo do you have? You can always buy an adapter if you dont have the m.2 slot native on your mobo. Just like USAFRet said, you will need to install an OS to boot as your PC will not be able to use the existing (if any) OS on the m.2 SSD.
