I installed a new hard drive and memory into my laptop but the screen won't come up.What happened.

Please check your laptop manual first what is the highest memory speed you can use, and maximum memory capacity, maybe your laptop cannot handle the NEW memory speed, if not remove the memory, insert it properly and try to ON your laptop.
