Question Laptop Onboard RAM not detected After installing new RAM

Hello i want to share my problem when upgrading Laptop RAM. The model is Asus TP300LD. based on spec available online, this laptop has 4GB onboard and 1 SODIMM slot (can be upgradeed up to 12GB RAM). The onboard RAM are Micron DDR3 4 GB. Here RAM detail before upgrade

After upgrade only the new RAM are detected. I install Samsung DDR3 4GB PC3-12800 1600mhz. The detail of detected RAM in the image below

Because of this the laptop only has 4 GB even tho i install new RAM inside it.

Anyone know what the cause of this problem? How to fix this? i've experience before when the newly installed RAM not detected. Could be not installed correctly or incompatible RAM specs. But I if the onboard RAM is the one that gone i don't know what to do

yes it's shown 4GB of ram when i remove it. OS windows 10 64 bit. Model Asus TP300LD. After more research its look like this laptop using DDR3L. This confuse me. Because multiple specs info software tell this laptop DDR3 not DDR3L.
