Question Stable speed (mhz) and CL for 2x32 (64gb)?

I'd like to know what is the stable speed when picking 2x32 memory. I read in a discussion (discord server), some people there claims that 5600mhz and cl36 or thereabouts are the safe and stable for 2x32, anything higher (above 5600) may or may not be unstable.

If there's any enlightenment, please tell me, thank you.

If you want to know, what has been tested with your specific motherboard,
then read ram QVL list for your specific motherboard.

Generally you should look for DDR5-6000 CL30/CL32/CL34.
