I reinstalled Windows, changed the SSD and the second 4GB RAM, but the same problem persists.

It could happen by browsing or not opening any software at all.

Thank you!

Since you already swapped out the SSD and the RAM.

I would think that this was a driver issue. Windows 10 is pretty good and installing drivers by itself, but try installing it manually:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29311/Intel-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-15-33-?product=81499

If that does not fix the issue then the Built in Graphics might be shot where you are likely looking at replacing the motherboard:

$229 - i7

$89 - i5

An i5 replacement board is $89 compared to an i7 board at $229. Depending on how much an i7 means to you would be your cost.

Did you change hardware just before it all started, specifically RAM or HDD/SSD, and what actually happens when it freezes? Screen go blank/BSOD/or literally display just freezes?

Is your HDD light still flashing showing activity after a freeze? If there is activity, test with another monitor and/or cable.

On the start menu, look up "Reliability History". A crash log and a reason why may be there.

Need more information if you want to get to the bottom of this

Hello,

Thank you so much for your response, I really want to get to the bottom of this.

It's been 2 days with no problems until it's started again.

-I formated the laptop, changed the SSD and the extra RAM because of the problems, it has made no difference.
-The screen freezes 95% of the times (and stays like that until I hard reset. The 5% of the times, it goes blue screen Windows "Oops we have a problem", it goes until 100% and stays there.
-The HDD light has no activity when freeze.
-The Reliability History is not very accurate (see picture linked), I remember it froze yesterday and it does not show anything, today it only froze once and it shows 3 events. Most of the times it says "Windows was not properly shut down". Only one time it says "Windows was not properly shut down" followed 1 min later by "Win stopped working", "Hardware error", and "shut down unexpectedly".

This is the report of the hardware problem:

Yes, I have.

I have tried different things, sometimes when I do something it stops freezing for a few days, and after that, the same problem reappears.

This has happened with hardware (e.g. removing the extra RAM) or with software (e.g. updating a driver).

Thank you for writing!!

I remember having a laptop that did that all the time, once. Have u tried moving files onto another computer and setting up the laptop as new?

Thank your help and information.

It's been 7 days without freezing, I was just writing to you to say that I have updated drivers manually and hopefully this issue will stop and it the laptop just froze again "Windows was not properly shut down".

The laptop cost me $550, 5 years ago, I really want to fix it, but I do not know if it's worth investing that much money on it...
