Hi, so I'm looking for a laptop with following specs:

i7 8550u or i7 8650u or i7 8565u (or am I better off with an i5 9300H? IDK yet)
16GB of Ram
mx250 GPU or a GTX 1650 max-q
1080p IPS or TN display
265GB or 512GB NVMe SSD

My budget is 850 - 900 USD

I'm gonna be using it for web development and programming so I need it to have a good keyboard, and I'm gonna install Ubuntu 18.04 LTS.

If you have any recommendation please tell me, and thanks in advance.

I know that the perfect laptop with these spec is the MSI Prestige 14, but it's 1170 USD in where I live (Egypt).

Wouldn't a macbook be better for coding? You have access to all 3 major OS' then?

I wouldn’t bother with a Mac ever for any reason

Especially for coding that’s ridiculous. Multi booting OSs is ridiculous as well and a pain in the ass. Use VMware or some kind of virtualization if you need to develop and work on multiple os. Your 8core ryzen CPUs are much better at running VM’s then intel

Get one used?
macbooks are not that common where I live cause of their prices, so that's not a possibility, but I found a laptop though, Dell Inspiron 5583:

i7 8565U
16GB of Ram
mx130 4GB (not a good GPU I know)
256 SSD + 2TB HDD
FHD Anti-Glare Display
Fingerprint

though it has some downsides like the GPU and the display, but I think that's the best option I found, also it costs 870 USD in Egypt.

Couldn't you just buy one on ebay and have it shipped? Sure it costs like $50-75 for shipping but even windows laptops you're saving hundreds.
