[SOLVED] Laptop reset

Bought a second hand Lenovo laptop, I have reset the laptop sleeping everything on the laptop including files and disk I think. I have a message after around 80% deletes saying:

"A configuration change was requested to clear this computers TPM"

"Warning: cleaning erases information stored on the TPM"

"F9 confirm Esc reject"

Should I confirm or reject ?

Confirm it. TPM just stores information about your hardware for security reasons, if you wipe it should just "rescan" your hardware and add it all back no issue. This is according to: What is a TPM, and how do I find it and turn it on? | PCWorld
