Laptop screen black

Actually i spilled soda on my laptop and after 12 hours i tried to turn it on and it turned on but the screen is black,so what should i do?

If you spilled liquids on it, then it's possible something inside was damaged/short circuited. If you aren't familiar with laptop repair, it might be best to bring it to a repair shop or the retailer you bought it from (if it is still under warranty).
