Question Random black screen and driver crashes

My Pc;
Intel i5 12400f
ASUS EX-B660M-V5 D4
2x CORSAIR 8GB Vengeance LPX
ASUS DUAL Radeon RX 6700 XT OC 12GB
NZXT C650 650W 80+ Bronze

Monitor1 : 165Hz Viewsonic omni (connected with dp)
Monitor2: 75Hz Lg (connected with Hdmi)

I have been having a random black screen problem for 3 days. It usually happens when you have youtube or spotify opens on monitor2 while i m playing a game with mon1. Sometimes when i press alt tab or just playing game with watching youtube.
Suddenly both 2 screens go black, sound continues but no image comes out. When I restart the computer I get the error "The version of AMD Radeon Software you have launched in not compatible". When I first got the error "windows update" was updated by itself with the amd driver but then I did a clean install with ddu but the error still kept coming.

The things i already tried;
-Turn off Windows uptade
-Clean setup with ddu on safe mode (i did multiple times)
-Turn off Freesync on monitor 1 (i dont have on mon2)
- Decrease both monitor to 60hz

Please feel free to ask more questions.
If anyone knows the solution to this problem or has a solution suggestion, I would be very happy. Thank you.
 
PSU: Age, condition (original to build, new, refurbished, used)?

Look in Reliability History/Monitor and Event Viewer for any error codes, warnings, or even informational events being logged just before or at the time that the black screens occurred.
i bought whole pc together at 08/2022

There are 2 warning about last crash.
First one is "Advanced Error Reporting (PCI Express)." PCI Express Root Port Whea logger 17
Second is "amduw23g the display driver stopped responding and has successfully recovered."

2 1/2 year old PC - not too bad. PSU could be questioned....

As a starting point manually update that display driver.

If the problems continue then check that all device drivers are up to date. Manually download, install, and configure out of date drivers.

No third party tools or installers. Update only one driver at a time and wait a couple days or at least 2 or 3 bootups before the next update. Just one update at a time and ensure that all is well before updating some other driver.

There are some things that can be done:

Ensure that all important data is backed up at least 2 x to locations away from the pc in question. Verify that the backups are recoverable and readable.

Disk drives: make, model, capacity, how full? Run Disk Cleanup to free up space.

Run "dism" and "sfc /scannow" to find and fix buggy or corrupted files.

Doublecheck all peripheral cables and connections: audio, video, network power, etc. to ensure that all are fully and firmly connected. Nothing loose, kinked, tangled, weighted down, or damaged.

Power down, unplug, open the case.

Clean out dust and debris.

Verify by sight and feel that all connectors, cards, RAM, jumper, and case connections are fully and firmly in place.

Use a bright flashlight to inspect for signs of damage: bare conductor showing, melted insulation, pinched or kinked wires, missing or loose screws, crack, browned or blackened areas, swollen components, moisture, corrosion, cracks. Anything that appears amiss.

Hopefully the problem is just a loose connection or corrupted/buggy software.

Do what you can and continue to check Reliability History/Monitor, Event Viewer, and Update History for errors, etc..
