I am using a "Acer Aspire E5-571G-556S" laptop from last 2 years. It works fine. From last few days, it goes hibernation suddenly without any warning while running on battery (running on AC Charger is fine). After hibernating, When I am pressing Power Button it flashes a screen showing "Critical Battery Low". Then if I remove the battery and insert the battery again, it starts normally and works for some time and the same thing happens again though the battery level is far above than the "Critical Battery Level" set in "Advanced Power Setting". Where is the problem?
