Laptop model: Dell Latitude E6320 with Intel Core i5-2520M CPU @ 2.50GHz

While running even on idle temps, it shuts down randomly and gives this error:
"Your system powered off because it was warmer then expected".

I dont have a batter but i dont think thats the prob.
This is my 6th time trying to post this cause it keeps shutting down.
Thank u.

Seems an old laptop, just needs a good cleaning and likely new paste between cpu+cooler and gpu+cooler as well. Find a manual about how to open it and try for yourself or bring it to a shop which can do it for you.

might need a good I Fixit kit to make this happen, need at least good tools so screws (different ones are used) do not get stripped etc., a shop could be less expensive.
i did all u said yesterday, but a professional person. It doesnt heat thats the problem, its at like 56-60C and shuts down
