About a year ago I bought myself a Brand new LENOVO Y50-70 Touch to replace my upright computer. Since as long as I can remember the computer shuts down pretty Randomly around once a day.
I don't have much knowledge of computers, so I haven't really tried much to diagnose the issue, so would anyone be willing to give me some possible pointers on ow to maybe solve this issue?
System Information:
8.00 Gb Ram (not sure which)
Intel Core I7-4700HQ CPU @ 2.40Ghz

Cheers for any help in advance

If you go into event manager straight after a shut down you should see some reason why it did it. YouTube can be fairly CPU intensive depending on quality of video, might be cpu overheating.

You should have a warranty on such a new laptop. I'd advise not fixing it yourself and most likely voiding your warranty, return it as faulty.
Speak of the devil,My laptop just shut off then. This time I was on this forum and watching a YouTube Video.
In general, its mostly when im on YouTube or Playing Steam Games, but that is pretty much all I do, so I don't know if this is causing the problem or not.
