Laptop switching between dedicated and integrated graphics while in games

I have a Pavilion 17" i5 -7300hq Geforce 1050 Ti 4gb.
With HD Graphics 630 integrated
Now my problem is: the system keep switching between integrated an dedicated GPUs.
That makes games unplayable making then choppy, frames drop and sometimes even freeze,

Things i have tried:
Reinstalling drivers
Installing older drivers
Checking for thermal throttling
Disabling integrated graphics in device manager( makes system unstable)
Updating windows
De installing Intel drivers.

I am desperate, i have a good laptop thats good for noting.

Any ideas?

The video card for that laptop is dedicated. You need to download and install Nividia Geforce experience. Once installed in the top left you will see drivers click on that to look for latest drivers.

Been there done that, latest drivers are installed. Through GeForce experience.

Ok. So you only have 1 video card. So you should have only have Nividia installed. You should also have Intel drivers installed for your chipset. There is nothing you can disable since you have 1 card.
Have you used intel auto detect?

Nono, you must have misuderstood, I have a dedicated nvidia gpu and a integrated intel gpu both recognised by the system, both working. my issue is that the system keeps switching between the GPUs while in game causing frame drops.
It shouldnt be using the intel at all for gaming but for some reason it does

Yes I'm confused. Your laptop only has 1 video card. You need to uninstall any video card driver except for the Nividia ones. After you uninstall again reboot and try again.

I have integrated intel graphics which you CAN'T disable AND an Nvidia GPU.
Uninstalling drivers doesnt help because windows installs them back right after restart.
The q on the i5 7300hq means it has integrated graphics

Sadly i don't the HP biost that they put on this laptop is so constrictive

Restart the laptop and quickly tap esc key then press F10 to enter bios.

I'm very well aware how to enter bios, but there is no settings, this is a constricted bussiness laptop not a gaming rig so there is no options

Ok. I would have someone in your IT department do it for you then. The functionality of the bios won't change wether it's for business or gaming.Some gaming laptops just have more options for overclocking for example.
What options do you have when you enter bios?
