Question laptop totally freezes when running cinebenchmark r23

hello guys,
so when i bought this laptop (acer predator neo 16 PHN16-71 i.e. i5 13500hx rtx 4050) i ran the same test and it worked normal but now for some days i felt performance is low so i decided to benchmark cpu and gpu. when in cinebench single core gave score same as before but when i ran multicore just freezes instantly(run benchmark 3 times, everytime freezes) and blink after 1-2 minutes...please help im very worried why is this happening? any help will be appreciated Thankyou( and sorry for my bad english)

Did you tweak your 13500HX by lowering the voltage or anything like that? Cinebench should not cause any properly functioning computer to freeze.

Run HWiNFO and watch the temperatures while Cinebench is running. Your CPU might be overheating.
