Hi!
I somewhat recently upgraded from a mac laptop to windows laptop, which I'm very happy about, but it's just been concerning me that even at idle, the core temps are usually above 50C and in task manager, it states that it's boosted to ~4.1 GHz from its base 2.6GHz. This stops on battery which is nice, but I just want to prolong this laptop's life and I feel like it blasting away at full tilt 100% of the time is not the best way to achieve this. I am comfortable cleaning out the fans when they get dusty but I fear other problems.
Thanks!
