Question Laptop WiFi is greyed out and it won't toggle on ?

My laptop is an Acer Aspire 5 A515

I recently added a new RAM to my laptop but then after booting up I cannot turn on the WiFi anymore,
I reinstalled the drivers already. When I toggle it to "ON" using the Wifi settings, it shows "ON" with a loading symbol but it just keeps loading and never turns on.

Network adapter is Intel AC9560

Are you using the Fn and F3 keys to toggle it on?

Did you already try reinstalling the network adapter driver from the Acer download site for your model?

If this started with the memory upgrade, then please list the full model number for the new memory module kit that you installed. But it is more likely a driver issue, as they have had problems in the past with the wireless driver being disabled by airplane mode.
