Laptop won't connect to internet

I recently moved and my laptop recognizes my new place's wifi signal but won't accept the password. I get an error message saying the password must be either 5 or 13 characters, and the given password is 14. My phone had no problems connecting to the wifi signal. I think it may be a Vista problem, as my roommate has a Mac and the password works for him. I have an Acer 5420. Any ideas?

click where it shows you the names of the names of the wifi signals, right click on the one you want to use, go to security and make sure everything is correct (like if its wep/wpa/wpa2/etc.)
