Question Laptop's touchpad and keyboard not working on windows installation.

My laptop was running slow, so I wanted to perform a clean install of windows. I booted from my USB, formatted my drive and then the installed windows. Then, I went to a website called driver solutions something like that, to install drivers. After I restarted my laptop I couldn't use my touchpad nor keyboard, so I wanted to perform a clean install again. When I entered the installation they weren't working again, I tried external but they didn't work neither. Please Help!

Your mistake was using a driver install utility don’t ever do that. Perform a clean install of windows and leave it alone

You’ve experience firsthand what driver utilities do they break your system with the wrong drivers

The problem is that I can't install windows because my mouse and touchpad are not working.

Create a bootable USB and boot to the USB drive and install it that way

I did that but my keyboard and mouse don't work in windows installer.
