The wording seems a bit odd.
If Gore said he created, or invented the concept, I get the impression that he is another misleading politician.
No politician has really invented or created anything except a way to make us all pay higher taxes.
I would bet my right whatzit on the fact that intelligent IT brainiacs invented and also created the internet. Or the idea of it. Can't have an internet without the hard labour of the component manufacturers.
