To be honest, I think your build may be best.
1.) is the stock fan too loud?
2.) is it 1080p 60fps ultra on modern games w mods?
 


Yes that will run 1080p 60fps. Don't buy that power supply though, get one of the ones i suggested above.

Why that expensive case. S340 White or Black are awesome.

You are overpaying for that power supply. grab a GS or G2 unit.
