Latest bios for k9n6pgm2-v

which is the latest bios for this mobo, on msi website they show only 7309v99.zip which is 2 years old.
msi live update utility also says that i have latest bios i.e, 7309v99
v9.9 ami bios on msi k9n6pgm2-v does not show any function to change voltage, fsb, or cpu multiplier.
So i want to know that is 7309v99.zip is the latest bios for this mobo or not

also can we change its chipset
