launch issues with Attila total war

Hello,

So I am trying to play Attila total war but the game will not launch.
Here are the specs of my laptop:
i7 4600u 2.1
12 ram
Dedicated video nvidia 720m and integrated intel hd 4400
Ssd hard drive with enough space

The game will not launch even though the integrated card should be good enough on low settings
I was able to launch it once but after I closed the game, I was never able to launch the game.
any information would be much appreciated .

One other question,
can my laptop run Civilisation 6?

Heres comparing your Cpu and Gpu to desktop parts around the same performance, I would check the Civ 6 Minimum specs on steam or wherever. Also is Total War on steam that you can't launch? I would recommend re-installing the game, or at the very least, validating the game files from the steam library. It's a quite common fix.
