Question LCD Screen not working on Hydroshift LCD 360s AIO ?

Hello, I have a Gigabyte X870 Elite motherboard and the Hydroshift LCD 360s AIO.

I have the AIO plugged into the CPU_Fan header and the USB header, also the power to the psu. Have tried the other USB.

The display on the AIO only works if I put the PC into sleep mode then wake it up. If I just turn on the PC, the AIO screen is just black. Any help is very much appreciated.

X870 Aorus Elite
7800x3d
Gigabyte Aero 4080 super
1000 watt Lian Li Edge
Gskill 32gb 6000 cl 28

  • Newest Bios and Chipset drivers installed
  • Tried USB Selective Suspend to Disabled
  • Uninstalled and reinstalled L connect
  • Updated Firmware to AIO when the aio decided to get picked up by windows device manager.

It only shows up in device manager after I get the AIO screen working, so when I put the pc to sleep then wake the pc. Also when I go into bios multiple times in a row then exit without saving the screen will sometimes work. It just does not work when I turn the pc off and back on or restart it.

Extremely grateful for any help.
 
i've had similar issue with the ASUS Ryujin LCD display multiple times.

it has always been caused by their Armoury Crate software not functioning properly and has always eventually been corrected through updates.

contact Lian Li support and browse their forums for others with similar problems with the same unit.
if you can confirm it has been detected by other users only after a specific software update then i would just wait and hope for a fix.
if the issue appears to be limited to only yourself, return the cooler to the retailer or RMA through Lian Li.
