It's common problem of LCD monitor/tv, only way to fix it "at home" is to put *something* between an LCD panel frame and a stripes connecting logic board with a matrix. Before putting anything into your panel you have to localise cold solder (It's not actually soldered but it do not matter right now) by pushing match on an stripe (or anything what will not break/scratch/destroy it).
By "panel frame" I mean an metal frame under front panel of an monitor case, so complete dissasembly of monitor is required to repair.
By "something" I mean anything what will fit and press stripe enought to make lines invisible - use your imagination.
