There are some programs that will monitor the rails. It depends on if
the motherboard has the sensors. Right now I have small program called
MBPROBE running in my system tray which gives me fan speeds, CPU & case
temperature, and voltages. It works very well with my Abit NF7-S. There
are other programs that offer a lot more, but for me this is enough. It
also doesn't use a lot of memory running in the background. You need to
find out if your motherboard has that capability. If it does there will
most likely be a system health page in the bios which lists everything
such as temps, voltages and fan speeds. If there isn't I would still
find out for sure.
