[SOLVED] League scaling issues at 1440p?

So I recently moved from a 17 inch laptop to a 24inch 1080p, and since I want to have the high PPI, I decided to go for 27inch 1440p. My main game is League, everything is wonderful, but there are some problems. Health bars and itens' icons in the shop are blurry, as if they were 1080p. Wouldn't be an issue for most of people I guess, but I annoys me so much because of the inconsistency, there's a sharp image for map and tab, but then some things are blurry. It feels weird. Also, the chat is TOO small compared to the rest and it's in the max size. Any solutions?
