Leave for the weekend come back & my pc won't turn on

I left my computer on for the weekend and I let my brother use it when I was at PAX South but when I come back my brother explained he just turn it off on Saturday and then couldn't turn it on the following day, I had a look at it my motherboard (X99-A) the PWR SW light is red & the RST_SW is green. I checked the motherboard i7- 5820 K looks good to me. I never run into this problem why not ask you guys for some help about this

Since the Jan 18 but power supply is given current to my motherboard
