I know how to configure my Bios, I'm very good with the hardware of PCs...my memory timings on 4gb OCZ is 5-5-5, I don't think that is the problem. Unless, someone else thinks not.

The only thing that comes to my mind is the GPU might be defective.

But it runs fine with everything else...

And L4D used to run fine, up until this past summer.

have you tried using old drivers? Like 180.XXX?

yeh, still nothing.

I'm going to use driver sweeper now, see if it helps.

My memory is 5-5-5-15-2T

Does that sound normal?

yea, specially if it your PC works fine playing other games....

Unistalled drivers (191.xxx), restarted PC. Ran driver sweeper, restarted PC. Installed new drivers (181.xxx).

Hopefully this works, if it doesn't I will update you.
