Left 4 Dead on Linux

I am planning to save up to buy the Valve Complete Pack. I was just wondering, are there any plans going on to bring L4D1 to Linux? I mean all the games in that pack have Linux versions (as far as I know), so yeah, will L4D1 be on Linux soon?

that game is old and there is no profit on bringing it to Linux when left 4 dead 2 is and it has all the original maps and characters now as well as its own new story. sorry to bring you bad news, but it is what it is.

I picked it up that way, feel free to set an alarm on the price.

I think resellers of copies from other regions sell it even cheaper but I don't know if it has any region protection and what not.
Also that may be unsafer than GMG.
