I have no idea what went wrong with my PC. It work just fine til now. I haven't update nor doing anything strange but now my Left Ctrl MUTE/UNMUTE the volume (as a Function Shortcut or something) and Windows key INSTANTLY SHUTDOWN. I tried on OSK and they're both fine. Checked my Regional setting: They're all US layout. Please help me :??:
P/S: The problem occured after i spam Alt + Ctrl (as a Recording video shortcut in Shadow Play _Gefore Experience)

Solution
they aren't exactly expensive (unless you have to have an rgb mechanical gaming keyboard and even then there are some cheaper versions of them out there) and if it fixes the problem, thats best approach.

No mine is just a normal one (genius kb110) and yes that is my casee. I have tried those solutions but they're no use. I even tried a clean boost with "Reset this PC" on windows 10 but the problem still persist. Then i tried it on my laptop, the problem started to happen on my laptop too (only if i click Ctrl - Windows key on the Genius keyboard). I'll try another keyboard tomorrow to see whether the Window or the keyboard started it

When you reset, did you keep files and settings?

Wonder if making a new local user fixes it? https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/4026923/windows-10-create-a-local-user-or-administrator-account
if that does, while on the old user, copy contents of old user folder onto folder of new one at C:\users\username, make new user an admin, and use it instead. Its possible your profile is corrupted, especially if both PC use same login ID.

User settings can be synced between machines so if it happens on 1 machine with that user, the roaming profile stored on Microsoft servers may include the bug on both PC.

New users is not working. Scanned with Window Defender and found nothing. I'm waiting to get a new keyboard so I can test it out. If it was because of the keyboard I will buy another one but if the problem til persist then I'll try a clean boot as you suggested. Btw when i created a new user then logged on with it. The Data on the D:/ disk are as same as my old one except for things on the desktop is gone :?

if it had admin access, it can see everything the other user can. Desktop icons may change, I don't use icons so I didn't notice (it was about 2 years ago when I did swap users so I may have forgotten as well).

I don't know why it happens but its a bug in windows that I can find going back 7 or so years, so hope the new keyboard fixes it but you may need to do a reset instead. IT isn't a common error or I would have seen it before.

I don't know how but just turned on my PC and afk for about 15 mins then the problem is gone. Maybe it was somekind of a BUG as you said.
Nevermind It just started again

Not yet. I just tested my friend keyboard, it worked fine so maybe it was because of the keyboard

I looking to buy a mechanic ones. But right now I'm dealing with another problem (my gpu) It keeps turn into black and No signal while gaming after i updated my driver to 398.36. Rolled back with DDU isnt working. Temporary fix is underclocking my gpu down a bit. Some people said it maybe because of the psu couldn't deliver enough power to the gpu so I have to make it a higher priority than the keyboard.
