Does it affect performance? because I just changed the legacy BIOS motherboard before i using UEFI so it feels very different in gaming performance even though all components are safe, nothing has been replaced or damaged. My VGA is RX550 i5 3470 Samsung B75 motherboard, previously I used Bulldozer H61

I'm assuming you didn't reinstall the OS after the motherboard swap, if that's the case, then that would be the reason for your 10FPS drop, either that or your platform has bloatware on it hogging some resources.
