Question Lenovo-IdeaPad / flex 5 drive/ram/os upgrade?

can i upgrade the main drive an add a 2nd storage ssd either 2.5 or nvme to
these laptops if not whats the max for both an can either or both be loaded with pop os ?

an can i add more ram to one or both an how much

RAM is soldered to the motherboard on the first one. No slots. Second one has one slot and soldered memory. Specs are unclear on the drives but I suspect they're soldered as well.

iv just placed the order for the Lenovo Flex 5 an a SK hynix Gold P31 500GB PCIe NVMe to be upgraded with my plan is to keep the win os but to clone the original to the sk drive an then load va a dual boot install setup an pair with pop os 22.04

any advice on how to go about this
my reason for dual os is i only need win os for some things but mostly use linux.
