Question Lenovo L340 fans are loud and getting hot while browsing the net

Id why this is happening, i dont remeber being like this and the laptop is fairly new.
Sometime the fans are loud like crazy and suddenly they are back to nomral 2min after and they are like crazy again an the laptop is hot.
Sometime ago i underclocked the cpu as a lot of people said it will improve cooling and perfomance in some games. Does this has something to do? What can i do?

8gb ram ddr4
M.2 Samsung Evo ssd
1tb Hdd
Gtx 1050

The temp for the cpu goes from 60c to 91c really random, i check taskbar but its just system and firefox at the top of usage.
