Question Lenovo Legend 7 every now and then won't boot - also KB problem

Two problems really...

First is the KB keys diagonally from 2WSX don't work. A few months ago sent it to Lenovo and 4 months later they returned it and it worked, Now it's back a again. Tried everything I found on line but still no go.

Second is every now and then it wont boot up.

The KB lights go on and the power key is green but no matter hat I do the screen is black. The initial Dell logo does not come up either.

I have every update from MS and Lenovo System Vantage and no diag program sees any problem.

I am at a loss and would be grateful for any suggestions please.

When you can boot into the system, would be advisable to run a scan using SFC and DISM.
Another suggestion would be to do an inside upgrade install with the same version. Running setup within windows will keep all apps and files in tact and should fix any damaged/corrupted OS apps and files.

As for the keyboard, that one could be circuitry problem ? ? Strange that it's reappeared after being fixed at Lenovo.

The Lenovo Advantage program says the Bios is up to date.

Yes I will do the SFC DISM and look at the install.

Also wondered about the Lenovo 'fix'. I will get to them next week to see what their logs say.
