Hello everyone! and Happy new year!
like 2 days ago my camera just stopped working, as far as i've tried i just managed to know it seems like a driver issue, since the camera appears as hidden int he Device Manager, and if i delete or completely delete the driver (from DevMan options) it reinstalls automatically and works fine for a bit, then it goes black again, and my computer detects it as if the camera was disconected via hardware.

But i know that hardware wise it works, because if i leave the Video options from discord open, where it forces the camera to show a black screen, sometimes in a spawn of 1-10 mins the camera starts working again, but if i dont use the camera with any other app, it becomes hidden in the Devmanager and "disconects", ive checked a lot of options and the camera is enabled in the privacy settings, but i dont know what to do anymore, so that's why im reaching you guys :(
Please help. if you need anything else, let me know!

Thank you in advance.

Speccy: https://prnt.sc/qb4yfzo5rkfJ
DevManager: https://prnt.sc/MsM4I5PE1Imk (also, noticed that there are 2 drivers in other devices, (yesterday was only one the ACP node, today appeared another one, what is happening here good people?) This is Windows 11 btw

Welcome to the forums and a Happy New Year, newcomer!

Out of curiosity, did you manually install all drivers pertaining to your laptop in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator? You can use the serial number for your laptop(located under said laptop) into the support site for Lenovo to bring up a bespoke(kind of) site for your laptop's drivers/BIOS. Speaking of BIOS, might want to see if your laptop has any BIOS updates pending.

This is Windows 11 btw
Mind sharing where you sourced the installer for your OS?

Everything you see is mostly built in the laptop, including the OS, the only thing i did was a Debloat using this linkhttps://christitus.com/debloat-windows-10-2020/, and pasting it in the power shell, but i did that like 1-2 months ago, and didn have any problem.

I took a photo of the bottom of the laptop but i can identify only the model that is ‎Legion 5 17ACH6H, dunno if that helps or there's a larger serial number?

The only driver i shearched for is the camera driver, but that was when the problem showed up https://support.lenovo.com/za/en/do...pro-16ach6h-legion-5-15ach6h-legion-5-17ach6h but when i run it, it installs normaly, but doesnt do anything do, and i can still reinstall it and doesnt give me a message like "you already have this driver installed" so im guessing its not the correct one

Kinda scared of messing with bios things, it can make my laptop unusable, so i haven't checked anything. If you can elaborate please on that, i could try.

UPDATE: Just updated my laptop bios from the Lenovo system detect web page, everything is fine, but the camera driver problem still persist.
