Lenovo really slow

I have a Lenovo E570 that recently has been running really slowly. It's like there is a lag after pressing the mouse button and anything responding. Web browsing is very slow. I tried doing a clean windows 10 install and also installed the lenovo diagnostics but can't find any issues.

My wireless speed is otherwise fine on other devices including another laptop. Any suggestions as to what else I can easily check that wouldn't show up on diagnostic tests?

What are the specs? Is the OS on a HDD or SSD?

The hard drive has been swapped for a 256g solid state unit. An additional 4 gig of memory was also added
