Question Lenovo Think centre M71z

Hello, I have a Lenovo think-centre M71z
I have a 3 issues

1. When i plug the power cable into the computer by the way it’s a all in one (aio) it doesn’t turn on it only shows 1 seconds of light
2. the computer's CPU socket pins are very damaged
3. and when I turn it on the fans spins but stops in around 2-5 seconds
4. so is it that the cpu socket pins are damaged that’s why it wont start or POST
