Lenovo Z5070 is it good ?

so I have a a desktop for gaming and some work on programs like photoshop premiere and after effect but I need laptop for when I am out only for some work on programs not much and some gaming is Lenovo Z5070 with those specs ok ?

6GB DDR3 RAM
1TB HDD 5400 rpm
15.6" HD display (1366 x 768)
NVIDIA Geforce GT 820M with dedicated 4GB DDR3 Dedicated

You might want to look at laptop with Full HD 1920x1080 display.
The 1366*768 is really unacceptable in 2016 especially for photoshop.

I am from Egypt and buying from Amazon or any of the big websites will cost a lot in customs and shipping so I am buying from computer stores here at Egypt

Well if you are on a limited budget you can always hook it up to an external monitor later on.
