[SOLVED] Less fps with new gpu than with new one

I recently bought a new graphics card and when I started to play games I had a lot less fps than with the old one and a bunch of lags. I noticed that my processor goes to 100% even with the smallest thing like minecraft. Is there a way to fix it?
My system:

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz, Intel64 Family 6 Model 158 Stepping 10, CPU Count: 6

Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti
Hard Drives: A: 2794 GB (1289 GB Free); C: 110 GB (4 GB Free);

So? It's not crucial user data, it's things related to optional programs. Do you want to fix your PC or not? It seems like everyone here is way more interested in fixing your PC than you are, which isn't exactly a good sign for resolving this issue.

Frankly, given things like a freaking Spotify Appdata folder taking up nearly 10% of your drive's space, I'm willing to bet there are a lot of other weird things going on, given the strange ways you go about storage. You're probably best off wiping the drive, reinstalling only Windows and GPU drives, and testing from there.

However, you've not drilled down into that 'start' folder to show us exactly what is in there.

The REAL solution is to replace that small WD Green SSD with something larger and better.

A 120GB drive is TooSmall, unless you take specific pains to manage the free space.
A WD Green is one of the worst SATA III SSDs from a mainstream manufacturer.

I don't know someone said i should reinstall windows but it's gonna take ages downloading everything back and i don't think it will fix my gpu problem i could sell the new gpu and go back to my old gtx 1060

Frankly, given how you've mismanaged your storage, I think a fresh start on your OS drive gives you the best chance of resolving your issues.

If your OS drive was a backyard, it would look something like this.

You could start with a fresh OS install.

But that's just kicking the can down the road.
It is still a small crappy SSD.

That sounds like a loose pin on the CPU cooler or you bunped it installing the GPU and now needs to be re-pasted.

I didn't touched the cooler while building in the gpu and the temps are fine

In any case, you NEED to start from a stable software platform.
Which you do not have currently.

Well my CPU is always on 100% and the cooler is spinning fast the temps are 60°C when i play something like Minecraft ( with shaders ) and get 30-50fps doesn't matter if i put it on high or low it will be the same and when i start battlefield 2042 it's 70°C ( low grpahics with 50fps ) and my game crashes ( Nvidia recommends to play on high-ultra but it's still 50fps and crahses) but when i play like star wars battlefront 2 and put everything on ultra and 3D resolution on 150% everything is fine i get like 120fps with no stuttering
