Does anyone know if the Lexar NQ790 is any good?
I've seen tons of good reviews for the NM790 but hardly anything for the NQ790 which I think is newer?
I'm struggling to find any reviews or videos.
I'm leaning towards the NM790 as it's far more well known.
Or if you can recommend something better at their pricepoint? (around £120)
Any suggestions? Thanks!

Looks like the NM790 but QLC (232L YMTC) instead of TLC.
Is that a different controller it has or something? I assume.. I don't actually know :) Does that make it better or worse?

I found this online:
QLC SSDs can store more data than TLC SSDs and they also cost less. However, they don't perform as well or last as long, and they can be more error-prone. TLC SSDs perform better and last longer than QLC SSDs but store less data and cost more.

If that's the answer then I'll get the NM790 instead

That's correct, QLC has some drawbacks over TLC. The HP FX700 (same hardware) review would align with the NQ790 and the NM790 review with the NM790. Or, compare the FX700 to the US75 in the first one's review, as the US75 has the same hardware as the NM790.
