LG 12X ?????????????

Hello everyone.

Looking to get a burner. LG 12X looks like it will do everything except go to the washroom for me. Anyone have any problems with this one that I should know about. I was initially going to go with the Plextor but for 100 bills cheaper I'm thinking the LG is just a good.

hey there,

I use an LG CED8080B (8x4x32x). Its a great little cheap burner and apart from some speed issues with EZCD (it will only use rewrite at 2x despite 4x media) it has worked fine for me using CDRwin, Nero and CloneCD.

I think it is better to spend more money on a good CDRW. I use CDRW to store files and back up my computer. I does not want an unreliable CDRW losses my data.
