I still regret on having bought this monitor. 3 weeks of usage and I have dead pixels and artifacts all over the monitor. Contacting LG for a return but the return was refused and they propose to repair the monitor within 4 weeks. I'm shocked how this still happens in monitors or TVs these days. In a price range like this one, these quality issues are unacceptable.

warranty is not 3 year. it's 1 year only (which imo looks extremely short for such expensive monitor)

My son's LG 34UC79G is the same way - 1 year only. It's a great monitor, but I'm kind of surprised that LG has such short warranties.
