Hi,
My computer is an HP EliteDesk with an Intel i7 8th Gen CPU.
I have LG 43UN700-B 4K monitor. I'm also using a 4K DP to HDMI Uni-Directional Cable.
The iGPU on the EliteDesk PC is an Intel UHD Graphics 630. But the highest res option I have in my Display settings is 1920 x 1080.
I've looked in the Intel Graphics Command Center, but there is no option (that I can see) to change this resolution. It seems like that iGPU should be able to display 4k ?
When I use a DisplayLink 4K hub, I can get resolutions higher than 1920 x 1080, just at a lower refresh rate.
I also tried using an HDMI cable with a ThinkPad L390 laptop and I was able to get 4K resolution.
Could there be something hidden in the BIOS maybe?
thank you
