Question LG Ultra Gear 32gn600-B Horizontal lines

I just purchased this monitor and using default settings it has horizontal lines across whole screen as shown in picture(Monitor on left is my old monitor while right one is the new one with the lines which shows very prominently. Is the monitor bad and need replaced or is it just a setting i need to fix?

Have you tried using another cable but if you only bought it you can return it

I have tried using all available HDMI/Display Port on both monitor and GPU and same in all attempts. So I should just return it?

Yes return it to store you bought it from if your not happy maybe its screen issue!
