I am huilding a PC and cose h87 chipset of ATX type. Which one wuld be a suitable socket LG 1150 or 1155. Mention the differences too please!!

Solution
The socket is where the cpu goes in. So the difference is sandy-/ivy bridge (1155) or haswel/broadwell (1150).

h87 is 4th gen, which in turn is Haswell so that should be the 1150 socket.

There's long blogposts on the differences between the 1155 and 1150 but bottom line is that 1150 is for the generation after 1155 and therefore generally better.
If you have a h87 it'll fit in a 1150 and not in a 1155.
