A friend got an Arctic liquid 360mm RGB cooler.

he just purchased lga 1700, i7 12700k
and itll take over a month or more untill the lga sent by arctic will arrive, which makes it kinda annoying for a top company like that not to provide an alternative on top notch product..

Not here to whine, what other alternatives are there?

Solution
A 360 aio is not necessary to cool a 12700K in a good case.
What is the make/model of the case?
What is the make/model of the motherboard?
Some will have added lga1200 mounting holes that will work.
New stock coolers are arriving with lga1700 mounting capability.
Most lacking lga1700 capability will offer a mounting for for free or at a modest price.
The noctua NH-D15s will cool very well, and since it is new, it comes with lga1700 capability:

You can use zip ties to secure the mount to the CPU although that would be sketchy...to add, if your friend can't return the cooler and then inform Arctic not to send the mount anymore, then you can look into Noctua's cooling solutions.

Where are you located and what sort of a case/motherboard/ram combo is your friend working with?
